Sara Brainerd, NP-C

Sara is an adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner and a lifelong resident of Indiana. She has worked in the healthcare field in a variety of settings and populations for 25 years including mental health, cardiology, geriatrics, long-term care, acute care, and primary care. Outside of work, Sara has learned to value and prioritize self-care to reduce stress and improve physical and mental well-being with activities including spending time outdoors, walking trails, and learning yoga. She also loves spending time with family, reading, knitting, and snuggling with my 2 rescue dogs.
